A Small Break

I haven't really practiced in a few days and I feel kinda bad about it. I'm having a really busy week. Still working on getting the S-family of Hiragana symbols down. I need to devote more time to this. :[

On a lighter note: going to NYC on Wednesday was really enjoyable!

QOTD: How many days a week do you practice Japanese?

I study Japanese whenever I want to.XD
However, sometimes when I really feel exhausted combating with the loads of schoolwork, I forget to practice Japanese for several months..
That's reaaly a bad habit
XD
by the way, what's NYC?

I'm starting a major in Japanese Sept 1st, so at least 5 days a week practice for me xD
But that's okay.

And, to completely confuse you: it's actually better if you start by learning katakana, rather than hiragana. Because learning katakana sucks King Kong balls (yes, that much XD) if you've studied the hiragana first. Because hiragana is relatively easy, because the kana ("letters") are actually quite different. Katakana has several kana that look very similar..
